This fast recipe of mussels has already become recognized as a classic and is especially well-combined with pasta. However, its usual version with cream sauce is replaced here by the tastier and closer to us, the Ukrainians, the combination of sour cream and garlic, which will surely come to taste.
1 pound mussels (frozen, without shells, thawed)
1 small onion (minced)
2 garlic cloves (minced)

5 tablespoons sour cream
