1 lb Sea Scallops
1 lb Shredded Brussels Sprouts
1 Lemon (juiced)
3 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Chopped Green Onion
2 Smoked Applewood Bacon Strips, cooked and chopped
3 cloves of chopped garlic


✔ Heat two tablespoons of olive oil and cook garlic on high heat.
✔ Once Garlic is browned add Brussels sprouts and green onions.
✔ Once the Brussels Sprouts are nicely browned transfer to a plate and set aside.
✔ Add 1 Tablespoon of olive oil and place on high heat and sear the Sea Scallops (about 3-4 minutes on each side) (salt and pepper both sides as you like).
✔ Top the Brussels Sprouts with the Seared Scallops and sprinkle the chopped Applewood Smoked Bacon…..Enjoy
